Hand-building in Clay Workshop

An exciting taster workshop where contemporary ceramicist Emily Stubbs will lead you through hand-building techniques of coiling, pinching and slab construction, teaching the skills needed to create a unique hand-built ceramic vessel.
Emily will then direct you through various decorating techniques in clay, such as under-glazing, sgraffito, mono-printing and mark making, enabling you to decorate and finish your own small vessel.

All materials and tools will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and an apron! Perfect for beginners looking to learn a new skill or for those wanting to expand on their ceramic knowledge.
 
£45 per person - includes all materials, tools, firings, and refreshments.
